I forgot my password, how can I reset my password to log in?

  1. Select "Forgot Password": Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
  2. Verify Identity: Provide your date of birth, last name, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
  3. Receive Verification Code: Complete 2 factor authentication by having a pin number delivered via voice call, email, or text message.
  4. Enter Code, Set New Password: Enter the code, create a strong new password, and confirm it.
  5. Log In: Use your new password to log in.


How can I change my password, once I have logged in?

  1. Go to Profile: Click "Update My System Profile" in the menu.
  2. Choose Password Change: Click "Change Password".
  3. Enter Current Password: Type your current password.
  4. Set New Password: Type your new password twice, making sure it meets the password requirements.
  5. Save: Click "OK" to save your changes.
