- Select "Forgot Password": Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
- Verify Identity: Provide your date of birth, last name, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
- Receive Verification Code: Complete 2 factor authentication by having a pin number delivered via voice call, email, or text message.
- Enter Code, Set New Password: Enter the code, create a strong new password, and confirm it.
- Log In: Use your new password to log in.
- Go to Profile: Click "Update My System Profile" in the menu.
- Choose Password Change: Click "Change Password".
- Enter Current Password: Type your current password.
- Set New Password: Type your new password twice, making sure it meets the password requirements.
- Save: Click "OK" to save your changes.
For security reasons, Randstad requires your password:
- Contains minimum 8 characters in length (max 32).
- Contains at least one special character.
- Contains at least one number.
- Contains at least one lowercase letter.
- Contains at least one uppercase letter.
- Not equal to your User ID.
